As a medical practitioner working odd shifted hours, my energy levels were low, my health was on the decline and my quality of life was languishing. It was ironic that in providing quality care to my patients, my own health was suffering!
Working with Deborah from Versal has done wonders for my health and body.We started with a routine that was simple & low maintenance t0 help me build up my confidence. A Healthier, Slimmer, Younger Looking Me
I was a skinny teen with low muscle mass who then ballooned in my adulthood to a skinny adult with a large belly due to long working hours as a hairstylist which affected my dietary and lifestyle choices.
It affected my confidence greatly and I struggled with low energy, a serious sugar addiction & shaky hands whenever I felt tired.I was constantly snacking and couldn't skip meals because shaky hands would affect my livelihood.
Being time constrained due to my long working hours, I started on a cycle of ketones & nutrition coaching with Deborah.
I am now 12-14kgs lighter, my colleagues and clients have all complimented me on my 'reverse ageing'. I look fitter and my skin is better than in my 20s and for the first time I can actually see my jawline! The best part is, Deborah crafted a nutrition routine that could suit my hectic hairstylist work lifestyle without breaking my bank or meal prep!
Losing 20kg and Continuing to Tone Up
As a mom of 3 kids who struggled all her life with weight challenges, I really wanted to finally do something for myself for the first time.
Deborah was very patient and gentle through the entire coaching process, recommending me nutritional habits that I could incorporate into my family's home cooked meals while keeping it fun & delicious, like curry and appropriate supplements that could help me with my energy levels and cravings.
She also found ingenious low intensity easy fitness solutions for me that I could do at home while watching TV and would check in on me frequently to make sure I was ok.
What is interesting is that even after my weight loss has stopped at 20kg, my body continues to shrink and tone up as I continue with the new lifestyle habits I have picked up in my journey. My teenage daughter now asks me what is the secret to looking this good at my age!
Having a better figure than my teens in my 30s
Being a fashionista, one of my greatest frustrations was the inability to fit into all the old clothes that I loved.
Since going through the coaching process, I've lost more than 12kgs, I see ab lines gradually forming. My friends who've known me for years remarked how I look more toned and svelte than in my teenage years
The tweaks made to my lifestyle were minimal and nothing too extreme that I couldn't follow. In fact, I still eat Macs from time to time!
